How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?

When you make a purchase with worthumb.com, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the details. If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, please contact us.

What is the status of my order?

If you wish to check the status of your order, you can do so on My Worthumb page by selecting Orders.

If your order is showing; processing, your payment is successful and it is currently being prepared to be dispatched.
If your order is showing; ready to be dispatched, your order is ready to be shipped.
If your order is showing; shipped, it has been shipped out and your tracking number has been updated.
If your order is showing; partially shipped, it has been partially shipped out and you will be notified when the rest of your order has been shipped out.
If your order is showing; delivered, it has been delivered successfully.
If your order is showing; cancelled, then your order has not been successful. It will not be shipped out. If you cancelled your order then we will refund you within 5-10 working days. We do this to the same payment method used while placing an order. Please contact us if you have further questions.

How should I proceed when receiving my order?

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

Why is my order cancelled?

This can unfortunately happen very rarely. We always inform you when this happens.

The common reasons are:

The item is no longer in stock.
The address is not clear or correct.
Payment failed.

When do I get refunded after a cancellation?

It will take 5-10 working days depending on your payment method.

It is very important to note that we can only refund you to the same payment method you used to make the payment. We can’t send your payment to another bank account. Please make sure your payment method is working properly before cancelling an order. A refund can fail if your bank or card issuer has been unable to process it correctly (e.g., a closed bank account or a problem with the card). The bank returns the refunded amount to us. This process can take up to 30 days from the post date.

Can I add/or change details in my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately no! Once your order is placed and imported to our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order in My Worthumb page. Please go to Orders and then click Cancelon the order you want to cancel.

Please note that you can only cancel an order as long as the status is showing Processing. When the status is changed to Shippedor Completedyou can’t cancel your order anymore.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

Our system can not change any order details once an order has been placed. This includes changing the delivery options or payment method. But you are more than welcome to cancelyour order if possible and make a new order. Please make sure that you update your address and make sure it is correct. Once shipped we don’t have any control over it. As a customer it is solely your responsibility to enter your correct contact details. Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund you if you have entered a wrong address.

I received a wrong product. What should I do?

Don’t worry, we will make it right for you!

If you have received a wrong product please send us with your order number, pictures of the product. We will help you further.

When do I receive my order?

We and our logistic partners do our very best to deliver your orders on time. Each product contains clear information about the order and delivery time. Sometimes it is not possible to ship all of your items all together. We will send you information about each order separately.

What delivery options can I choose?

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ITEMS ABOVE 20 €! We’ve worked very hard on our services & products and provide you free shipping on all items above 20 €. We believe that you should only concentrate on shopping and leave the rest to us so that we take care of it.
