How to shop safely?

Worthumb.com will never send you an e-mail from another domain name. All our e-mails end with @worthumb.com

We never send you any payment links inside an e-mail and ask you for payment. All our payments are done via our website https://worthumb.com while you place an order.

I have returned my order, when do I get my refund?

You can check the status of your returned order in My Worthumb.com page. As soon as your return has been received and inspected your refund will be initiated.

You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail. You will be refunded within 5-10 working days to the same payment method used while placing an order.

Why is my card not accepted when I want to pay?

Most credit cards have 3D Security which has to be activated in order for you to make a purchase online.

If you are not sure whether the 3D Security for your credit card is activated or not. Please kindly contact your bank directly and they will help you.

My order was cancelled, what happens to my payment?

Firstly please don’t worry! If your bank was charged even though your order was unsuccessful or got cancelled. This amount has been reserved by your bank. It will automatically bounce back to your account within 5-10 working days. Please contact us if you have further questions.

I have returned my order but my credit card/bank has been closed!

Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).

Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer. In most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit). In rare cases, a refund back to a card may fail.

Can I change my invoice?

It is not possible to change your invoice. We can’t make any changes once the order is confirmed. You can cancel your order and make a new order in case you need it
